LT3 - Hello Customer collaboration presented at WASSA workshop

On Friday 8 September, Orphée, Véronique and Els attended the WASSA workshop at EMNLP2017 in Copenhagen where they presented joint work with the Ghent-based company Hello Customer.

The past year, we have been working closely together with Hello Customer to construct an aspect-based sentiment analysis pipeline, which is currently in production. An excellent valorization of our research and for which we received funding from the Flanders Innovation & Entrepeneurship government agency (VLAIO).
