Sentiment analysis use case presented at AI4Growth

AI4Growth is the community of AI stakeholders in Flanders. Yesterday, the latest AI4Growth event took place with a focus on Retail B2C & Consumer exp. An excellent occasion for Orphée to present the successful collaboration between Hello Customer and LT3 where an integrated pipeline for fine-grained sentiment analysis was created and tested in three different domains (retail, banking and HR).
