Lulu Wang is a PhD candidate in Translation and Interpreting Studies in the Department of Language Science and Technology at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supervised by Prof. Kanglong Liu and Prof. Dechao Li. She previously received an MA in Translation Studies from Beijing Foreign Studies University and a BA in English from Shandong University, China. She is currently a visiting researcher at Ghent University, where she is supervised by Prof. Lieve Macken.
Her research interests include corpus-based translation studies and AI for translation. Her PhD project investigates how large language models (LLMs) can be orchestrated into multi-agent workflows for Chinese–English literary translation.
