EMNLP-IJCNLP 2019

Begin November EMNLP-IJCNLP 2019 took place in Hong Kong and some LT3 members were also there.

• Camiel presented novel work on "Leveraging syntactic parsing to improve event annotation matching" in the framework of the NewsDNA project. This work was presented at the AnnoNLP workshop.
• Orphée presented the paper "Benefits of Data Augmentation for NMT-based Text Normalization of User-Generated Content" at the 5th W-NUT workshop.
• Véronique co-organized the successful ECONLP workshop at which eight interesting papers were presented.
