As part of the project management course, CALM students recently attended a series of three guest lectures by Nathalie De Sutter, who manages the translation agency Untranslate. She familiarized the students with the basic concepts of translation project management and guided them through a hands-on session about XTM, during which they created a fictional translation project and learned how to proceed from customer inquiry to product delivery.
