LT3's organization and participation in SemEval2018 presented in New Orleans!

Currently, the prestigious NAACL conference is taking place at New Orleans, Louisiana. In the framework of SemEval 2018, some of our colleagues presented their latest work.

Yesterday, Cynthia presented the shared task on "Irony Detection in English tweets" she co-organized with Els and Véronique. This task was a huge success and received submissions from over 40 teams all around the globe.

Also yesterday, Luna explained LT3's participation in the shared task on "Affect in tweets" for which she created a classifier chain to detect 11 different emotions in tweets.
