Summer Teambuilding

Last week we had our biannual LT3 meeting followed by a teambuilding activity. As always, it was a combination of giving updates about the latest changes, learning about each others' research and some fun activities.

We kicked the day off with our team meeting, where the senior team members give updates about teaching, outreach and research projects. Afterwards, we had an internal poster session, where some of the PhD students talked about their research with a poster or some slides. This way, we could all learn more about each others' research in a more in-depth way. 

After the serious work, we went out for a delicious lunch and the actual teambuilding could begin. We held our second edition of the LT3 Office Olympics and it was a huge success. A quiz, scavenger hunt around the building and GIF making contest really brought out our competitive side, while also working together. 

As you can see, it was a fun day!
