Summer Teambuilding

Every year, right before the summer holidays, we hit pause on our busy schedules to reconnect as a team. This year, even the 30+° heat couldn’t stop us! 🌞

We started with a general team meeting, sharing updates on project proposals, accomplishments and welcoming new team members. Next up: an internal poster session, where colleagues share a quick overview of their latest research.

After lunch, it was time for the actual teambuilding fun.

The theme? A quest for fairer project evaluation, which included a scavenger hunt, creative project brainstorming (based on incredibly random input) and rubber band archery.

The end result? Everyone’s fictional project proposals were accepted! We’ll take that as a win 🏆

It was a perfect way to come together as a team right before the summer holidays!
